T. R. Vazquez Rosas: Tabare Ramon Vazques Rosas has won the 2014 presidential elections of Uruguay. Vazquez belongs to the leftist Broad Front Coalition party in Uruguay.

Baichung Bhutia: Former Indian footballer Baichung Bhutia became the first Indian Footballer to be conferred with Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Hall of Fame Award.  The award has conferred by FIFA president Sepp Blatter in Philippines.
